Nothing was good

Room was not clean, no sop no hand wash nothing in bathroom, no hot water either even though the tap did have it. Continuously noise from gym besides and songs on loud in early morning and late night! Pathetic. The AC only works randomly, you can increase or decrease temperature . They charged 2000 INR for loosing room key card. No where in policy it has mentioned it. Also my booking was just for one night and the per night rate was nearly 1900. And they charged 2000 for key card. It was not even a physical key. They keep the same key card and don’t change it based on travelers checking in. This is huge security issue . Never recommend this.

The location is amazing but visibility of the hotel can be improved. Its not easy to find the hotel even after reaching to the location

Lifts and entrance areas can be clean and lightened.

Breakfast options are very limited and served in room and only one dish

Good service, clean place

The name board isn’t visible from the road, it was a bit tough to locate the property

It had all the basic amenities, so it was kind of okay place. You could find a much better room in the same locality if you are willing to spend Rs. 200/day more.

Cleaning was not done regularly. I had to explicitly call the reception desk to get the room cleaned. Some of the furniture was really average.

soundless rooms..and clean atmosphere...we are staying here for second time...

Bathroom needs more ventilation as current exhaust is too small....breakfast need more options

Hidden overcharging

Charges ~1800 INR extra citing child 14 years age cannot be accomodated at booked price, however very clearly child age was declared at booking stage itself. Overcharged without prior information

I only like the location and the elevator

No cleanenas. They give a towl which was tore and full of stain. Bathroom was smelly and full faded pillow. Managed one night

The location served my purpose for this short stay. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is good. Amenities all in good working condition.

No breakfast hall or room service. Limited breakfast order taken one day earlier and served in room. No coffee or tea with breakfast. No room service. Overpriced for basic amenities. Noisy fan.

place was dirty. caretaker and manager were rude (Praful and Papon). pillow had black and brown stains , towels were stained smelly and torn, nothing to watch on tv . remotes are so dirty that I could not touch

It was not clean. The room was not cleaned either in the 3 days that I stayed there.

Location is nice, Rooms are good. Staff accommodated me early and I am thankful for this gesture.

The bedsheets and towels are atleast 8 years old. Room was noisy since it is next to main road.

Very comfy budget hotel. Worth the money. Staff is helpful and reliable. They are quick to respond to requests. We got multiple extra pillows upon request. They clean dedicatedly. They don't have a kitchen - but they order breakfast from outside and deliver it to you at a time agreed upon the night before. The premium room is very spacious - it has a sofa area in addition to the bedroom. Excellent location - restaurants and supermarket and shops all within walking distance. Complete privacy, no interference.

The building is still under construction - meaning you may hear noises. There is no parking except on the road. And there can be more options for breakfast items. Otherwise, great job and kudos to the on ground reception and cleaning staff - great job!
